Most premium digital hearing aids come with up to 3 years manufacturer warranty coverage. However, warranty duration may vary depending on the brand and specific model selected.

Please note that not all hearing aids are guaranteed to include a 3-year warranty. Some entry-level or special models may carry a shorter warranty period.

All manufacturer warranty claims must be submitted directly through our support team. We will assist you throughout the claim process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

To process your warranty claim, please provide the following information:
- Model Name--
- Purchase Date--
- Order ID--

Our Process:

Upon receiving your claim, we will provide you with the address of the nearest authorized service center where you can send your hearing aids for repair (ONLY UNDER WARRANTY).
